1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within3 days of delivery. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

 

· Unused Items: All items must be in pristine, unworn, and unused condition.

· Original Packaging: All original packaging (including boxes, liners, tags, etc.) must be intact and undamaged.

 

2. Product-Specific Conditions

 

· Hexiang Beads: Must show no signs of wear, moisture exposure, or scent loss.

· Song Brocade: Must be uncut, unwashed, and free of any stains or odors.

· Song Dynasty Tea Cups / Zisha Tea Pets: Must never have been in contact with any liquid (including water or tea). No water marks, tea stains, or signs of use are permitted.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

· Any item that does not meet the above conditions (used, damaged, or missing packaging).

· Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

· Final sale items.

 

4. Return Process

2. Wait for Instructions: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Ship Items Back: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

5. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets all conditions,we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
